I had problems installing on Windows XP SP3 but it was very easy on Windows 7
Ultimate Evaluation copy (build 7100). If you have Visual Studio 2008 you may

The database file is in the installation directory but you need to modify
permissions. You can work on it in SSMS once you connect to it.
